This is the question that this years MN BLUE OX ALLSTAR team knows very well - if any of you have ever attempted to organize any form of pick up or league you know what this question really means, how much money are you going to loose/invest?

If anyone thinks people are getting rich organizing pick ups or tournaments try it sometime.

And so without further ado……In honor of ALL the work they do to promote, play and support the game of Broomball,
I present your 2017 MN BLUE OX -ALLSTAR TEAM!

First off - Tournament and USA BROOMBALL organizers.
Perry - Dave - Kevin – Woody, Rodney and all the Refs - for the sometimes thankless work you do to make sure we ALL PLAY -  Thank you! Hope someone picks up the slack soon and we find a way to keep
Playing it Forward.

All the area LEAGUE DIRECTORS and Organizers -
I'm sure I will miss someone but
• Augsburg Mens / Womens Indoor League -
• Jes and JC and the people before you at Lord Fletchers - the greatest show on sometimes ice
• All the 6-8 game a year outdoor winter leagues!  St. Paul, St. Louis Park, Eden Prairie, Eagan/Burnsville
• Indoor Leagues in Blaine, White Bear Lake and Waconia and HAT TRICK St. Louis Park are all picking up steam and doing a great job - seek them out, organize a team or sign up as individuals.

Pick up programs that help us play all year long almost any night of the week -
• TC OPEN BROOMS – Gabi/Eric and John / Bernie
• Carl- Friday nights at BRECK
• Jim Cox and the Tuesday "Velcro League" both 20+ years and counting
• DC in Lakeville - and the SOUTH METRO SHOOTING SHOW
• New Player Clinics –Monday nights Hat Trick St. Louis Park
• Heather Rende - Mondays Breck
• Jennifer Esser - new player recruiter, enthusiastic broomball promoter.
• Matt "Sui" Johnson and Caleb- A level - Organizers, Promoters and supporters
• All of the Local Meet Up Groups..... That play "serious brooms"
and any team manager- thank you for saying YES.... Let's do it!

These are the programs and efforts that have helped to build and continue to grow this sport.  These are my people, this is our sport. Thank them, support them and for heavens sake when you say you are IN, Show up! Otherwise it’s just RUDE, right Gabi!
By the way new players are always asking, "Where do we play more?"
There’s your list! Good Luck - 2018 Worlds here we come!
