Broomball Referee Training Program
USA Broomball established a sanctioning program for referees to enhance the integrity of the sport. Current broomball referees or any individual interested in officiating broomball games has the opportunity to hone their officiating skills at a USA Broomball Officials Training Clinic. Any referee wishing to officiate games in USA Broomball sanctioned  tournaments is required to successfully complete an officiating clinic. All clinics are held in Minnesota.
There is a $10 fee to offset the cost of ice time and materials. Bring a pen, notepad and officiating sweater if you have one. There will be an on-ice hour, so broomball shoes would be a plus.
2008 Officiating Clinics
- 9/20 (9am - 3pm) at Schwan's Super Rink in Blaine. Intended for New and Returning Referees
- 9/25 (7pm - 9:30pm) at Richfield Ice Arena. Returning Referees Only.
- 10/18 (9am - 2pm) at Bloomington City Hall. Intended for New and Returning Referees.
